Kidblog has released two new features to help teachers expand their blogs’ audience and more efficiently manage posts across multiple Kidblog classes.
Sharing Your Blogs with Other Kidblog Classes
The first new feature allows blog administrators to easily provide other Kidblog classes with access your class blogs. Do you manage multiple Kidblog classes? Do you know of another Kidblog class somewhere in the world with whom you’d like to connect? Now you can quickly grant them access to your posts via the Settings tab of the control panel.

Users from the list of your connected classrooms can read posts and (optionally) leave comments on your students’ posts. This great new feature makes it easier then ever to create a blogging network with Kidblog. Check out our Knowledgebase article for more details.
Post Broadcasting
Kidblog has enabled a powerful new feature to assist teachers who manage multiple Kidblog classes: Post Broadcasting.

Post Broadcasting allows a teacher to compose a post in one class and automatically copy the post to other classes. Teachers can choose to connect/link the copied posts to the original post, so changes to the original propagate to the linked posts. Or teachers can simply create copies of a post without linking them back to the original. Post Broadcasting speeds up teachers’ workflow by eliminating the need to copy and paste post content on multiple classes. Simply compose your desired post, and send it off to every other class with a single click. Check out our Knowledgebase article for more details.
Enjoy these new features and, as always, don’t hesitate to contact support@kidblog.org with any questions or comments.
Best,
The Kidblog Development Team
